Ningbo Shuncheng M&E Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in producing various types of motor rotors and stators. Our company is located in Ningbo, a famous tourist destination - opposite to the Ashoka Temple, with convenient transportation. Our company occupies an area of 26,000 square meters, with a factory area of 17,000 square meters, and an annual processing capacity of 15,000 tons of silicon steel sheets. Our company produces various types of rotors and stators (motor iron cores), which are widely applied to automotive motors, electric tool motors, household electric appliance motors and other industry control motors. Our company is committed to developing and producing Motor Stators. We continue to introduce advanced production and processing equipment, and more than 20 sets of testing equipment are introduced from Japan and Taiwan area (20 to 200 tons). We own more than 30 nationally made common pressing machines. Also our company has the capability of designing, developing and manufacturing all ranges of horniness alloy high-speed progressive dies. In order to improve the accuracy of manufacturing, our company is equipped with surface grinding machines, walking Sodick wire cutting machines, and other related equipment. We buy domestic selection of well-known die spare parts and import related parts for mold services to guarantee product quality, production and delivery. In order to meet the needs of customers, our permanent magnet DC motor rotors, after the use of advanced rotor coating technology, can increase the rate of full tank of motor and electrical performance to meet the needs of automation and high-volume production.
